The brief

BDM Bella Design & Marketing were instructed to design marketing materials for the subsequent sale of the grade II listed building, a former bank in the heart of Barrow-in-Furness business district.

The solution

We formulated a concept and design for a 4 page marketing brochure incorporating location photography, schedule of accommodation and nearby amenities.
