The brief

Joint agents Trevor Dawson and Atlas One were instructed by Crown Paints to source new tenants for available industrial units from 5,000 sq ft and office space from 1,000 sq ft at their Crown Business Park premises in Darwen, Lancashire.

The solution

BDM Bella Design & Marketing designed a full colour, 4 page marketing brochure with branded inserts. We also photographed the premises and site from which the initial design and final concept went to print.
