Quatro Destinations website launched

October 30th, 2009

We’ve just launched the new website for London based PR company, Quatro Destinations.

Quatro told us they wanted a clean design showcasing images of the amazing destinations they promote. We think we’ve done this well despite the site only having 5 pages. We got around this problem by having a random image load on each page. This way Quatro can show off their beautiful images and the viewer will almost never see the same page twice. Nice!We hope Quatro Destinations enjoy their new site and this is first of many sorties down to the big smoke for Bella (we’ve got another in the pipeline already so we’ll keep you posted on that)!

Multiple Coda style popups

October 21st, 2009

I’ve been receiving a few emails recently about an old post I wrote regarding the Coda style popups. I wrote the post in response to a tutorial on the jQuery site detailing how to achieve the popup effect on the Coda site.

Quite a few people (myself included) wanted to have multiple popups on the same page but hit a number of obstacles. I managed to get the effect working well and have left an example on the Bella site here. Feel free to view the source code and pull it apart. You should be able to recreate the effect fairly easily. You can see the effect in full flow on our home page. We like it and think it works well.

Let me know how you get on and how you use the popups.

Cheers,

Testimonial from Charlie Williams, Berkeley Brown

October 12th, 2009

It seems that the testimonials are flooding in to Bella Towers at the moment! Here’s another from a client, Charlie Williams of Berkeley Brown Chartered Surveyors.

“I had some urgent design amends which needed doing so I dropped in to see the Bella lads late on Friday afternoon. They were very helpful and did it there and then. Job done, very happy.

“Thanks again.”
